Romania – Procurement of 8 Electric Minibuses and Charging Stations

The Municipality of Reșița is seeking suppliers for the procurement of 8 new electric minibuses designed for urban passenger transport, each with a minimum capacity of 21 passengers, including at least 12 seated. The minibuses will feature a modern design for both the exterior and interior, ensuring a comfortable environment for travelers. They must include designated spaces for wheelchairs and ramps for accessibility. Additionally, the contract includes the installation and commissioning of 4 slow charging stations with a capacity of 60 KW, allowing simultaneous charging of two minibuses. The procurement also requires the integration of an e-ticketing system, including ticket validators and software that connects with the existing public transport back-office system. Suppliers have 22 days to request clarifications before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to these requests 11 days prior to the deadline.
