Construction of Water Supply and Sewage Systems in Ożarów Mazowiecki

This contract involves the construction of a water supply network along Ożarowska Street from Żbikowska Street in Pruszków to the border with the Ożarów Mazowiecki municipality. The work includes: - Building a 819.0m long water supply network using DN 150mm cast iron pipes. - Connecting 11 water supply connections with Ø32x3.0mm pipes totaling 34.2m in length. - Permanently decommissioning a section of the old network. - Constructing a water meter well with necessary fittings. Additionally, the scope includes: - Geodetic services necessary for the execution of the contract. - Preparing as-built geodetic documentation in PDF format. - Developing a traffic organization plan during construction, which must be approved by the relevant authority. - Obtaining permits for road occupancy and covering associated costs. - Restoring the surface after the work is completed. - Providing the contracting authority with documentation containing necessary certificates and approvals for the operation of the constructed systems. A detailed description of the contract scope is included in Annex 1 of the Terms of Reference, which consists of: - Construction project - Technical project - Technical specifications for execution and acceptance of construction works - Bill of quantities. The contractor is required to verify the bill of quantities, which serves only as supplementary material. The construction project takes precedence over the bill of quantities. The offer must be based on the attached documentation. The bill of quantities is not the basis for calculating the final offer price. The contractor must ensure accessibility (architectural, digital, and informational-communicational) for persons with special needs, in accordance with the minimum requirements specified in the Act of July 19, 2019, on ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs.
