    Brief

    This contract involves the delivery of computer sets divided into two parts: Part I – delivery of 66 computer sets, Part II – delivery of 11 computer sets. Key details include: 1. The contractor must ensure that the equipment is not discontinued by the manufacturer at the time of acceptance. 2. Delivery must occur within 30 calendar days from the signing of the contract. 3. The contractor is responsible for delivering the equipment to the Marshal's Office in Lublin at their own cost and risk during business hours (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM on weekdays). 4. A minimum warranty of 36 months is required, with a maximum of 60 months considered in the evaluation of offers. 5. The warranty does not limit the buyer's rights under statutory warranty provisions. 6. Detailed descriptions and execution methods are provided in Attachments 1a and 1b for Parts I and II, and Attachments 3a and 3b for essential provisions. 7. Equivalent materials or devices may be offered if specific brands or patents are mentioned. 8. Equivalent solutions are allowed when referencing standards or technical specifications. 9. Other certifications may be accepted as proof of compliance. 10. If the contractor cannot obtain a required certification, alternative evidence may be accepted. 11. The buyer cannot reject an offer solely because it does not meet specific standards, provided the contractor demonstrates equivalency. 12. Detailed information is available in Chapter III of the contract documents.
