    Brief

This invitation to tender (ITT 43/2026, Multiquote Ref CA18146) seeks qualified suppliers to design, coordinate, and deliver the 'Thriving Together' Sustaining Cross Community Relationships Programme across Newry, Mourne and Down. The programme comprises seven standalone cross-community projects, one in each District Electoral Area (DEA), targeting individuals and communities not typically engaged in peacebuilding activities. Through structured contact, facilitated dialogue, and capacity building activities, the programme aims to strengthen community relationships, empower local residents, and develop shared visions for their areas. The initiative will work to remove psychological and physical barriers between communities and promote long-term reconciliation. Suppliers must submit detailed proposals outlining their approach to programme design, coordination, and delivery. This is a PEACEPLUS-funded project managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). To submit proposals, register or log in at https://suppliers.multiquote.com. The deadline for all submissions is 12:00 noon on 5 August 2026.
