Construction of Office Buildings in Germany

This contract involves the expansion and renovation of the Kreishaus in Ratzeburg. The project includes a new extension building with four full floors and a penthouse, covering approximately 6,200 square meters of gross floor area (BGF), including about 1,000 square meters for an underground garage. The construction will be solid, using reinforced concrete with a brick facade. Windows will be made of wood-aluminum, and the facades will be aluminum. The roofs will be flat with extensive green roofing. The extension will connect to the existing structure in the underground garage area and through 'bridges' on the first and second floors. Additionally, the historic building from 1980 will undergo a complete renovation, which includes two basements, two to three full floors, and an attic, totaling approximately 21,350 square meters of BGF, with about 6,000 square meters for the underground garage. This building will also be constructed with reinforced concrete and a brick facade, featuring aluminum windows and facades. The wooden roof structure will be a hipped roof covered with tiles. The project includes the installation of 30 doors: frame and surrounding frames, glass steel doors, and steel doors, some of which will have fire and sound insulation requirements.
