Romania – Supply of Various Medicines – Framework Agreement for Medicine Supply 2026-2

This procurement procedure aims to acquire essential medicines necessary for patient treatment, as their absence significantly increases health risks. The medicines will be procured in the specified forms and quantities outlined in the tender specifications. According to Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will establish a deadline for responding to requests for clarification or additional information from bidders. Bidders can request clarifications up to 18 days before the submission deadline. The contracting authority will provide clear and complete responses to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
