Audio-Visual Equipment Supply and Installation for Events

This contract is for the supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of new professional audio and video equipment specifically intended for live performances, events, and exhibitions. The procurement process is an open tender, governed by the public procurement code. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator for each of the two lots, which are as follows: Lot 1 involves the supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of professional audio equipment for performances, events, and exhibitions. Lot 2 involves the same for professional video equipment. Candidates can submit offers for all lots. Lighting equipment is not included in this contract. All departments of the City of Toulouse and Toulouse Métropole may utilize these contracts. Payment will be made within 30 days, funded by the City of Toulouse and Toulouse Métropole's own resources. The maximum amounts for the initial period of the framework agreement are as follows: Lot 1 TM: €300,000; Lot 1 VT: €500,000; Lot 2 TM: €400,000; Lot 2 VT: €300,000. The estimated amounts for the initial period are: Lot 1 TM: €10,000; Lot 1 VT: €110,000; Lot 1 VT (renewal periods): €90,000; Lot 2 TM: €100,000; Lot 2 VT: €65,000; Lot 2 VT (renewal 1): €85,000; Lot 2 VT (renewal 2): €50,000; Lot 2 VT (renewal 3): €50,000.
