Laboratory Reagents Supply for Clinical Laboratory

This public procurement contract involves periodic deliveries of laboratory reagents and consumables for a Clinical Laboratory. The contract is divided into twelve specific categories, each with detailed quantities outlined in the attached technical specification. The duration of the contract is 24 months from the date the contract comes into effect. The quantities listed in the technical specification are estimates, and the buyer is not obligated to purchase the full amount. Deliveries will be based on the actual needs of the diagnostic and treatment activities and the patients served. The buyer reserves the right to unilaterally change the estimated quantities based on the specific needs of the diagnostic and treatment activities. The estimated value of the contract includes the renewal of contracts and the option for additional deliveries as specified in the participation documentation. All offered reagents and consumables must fully meet the minimum specifications outlined in the technical specification. Medical devices must comply with the requirements of the Medical Devices Act, the Regulation on Essential Requirements, and the procedures for assessing compliance with the essential requirements for in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as well as Directive 93/42/EEC or Regulation (EU) 2017/745 for medical devices, and the international standard for quality management of medical devices BDS EN ISO 13485:2016 or equivalent. All laboratory reagents and consumables must be original or fully compatible with the specified equipment in the technical specification, without the need for additional adaptation. If a participant offers reagents or consumables that are not compatible with the specified equipment or may lead to improper functioning of the equipment or incorrect result reporting, the offer will be disqualified.
