    Brief

    This contract involves the periodic repair of the s/y 'Oceania' to renew its classification, as well as the overhaul of the main MTU engine after 36,000 operating hours. The contractor is responsible for providing necessary parts and materials for the repairs. The work must be conducted while the ship is docked, and all docking costs are to be borne by the contractor. The scope of work is detailed in Annex 7 of the contract documents. The contractor must ensure that all work is supervised by the Polish Register of Shipping (PRS) and must comply with PRS's recommendations. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for providing qualified technical staff, ensuring safe engine removal and reinstallation, organizing repair facilities, and maintaining order and safety on the ship during the repair process. The contractor must also manage waste disposal according to environmental regulations and ensure the ship is returned to the buyer in good condition after repairs.
