Cleaning Services for Akaa City Sports Halls

This procurement opportunity is for cleaning services at the sports halls of Akaa City, specifically Akaa Arena and Toijala Multi-Purpose Hall, for the period from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2028, with an option to extend for one additional year until March 31, 2029. The cleaning services will include regular maintenance cleaning 11 months a year, 7 days a week, excluding public holidays. During the summer, a deep cleaning will be conducted at a mutually agreed time. Additional cleaning services can be requested on weekdays and weekends for events such as tournaments, games, and celebrations, and will be scheduled separately for public holidays. All sports halls, changing rooms, shower and restroom facilities, and entrance areas must be cleaned by 8 AM from Monday to Sunday. The cleaning contractor is responsible for providing all cleaning supplies, equipment, and maintenance. The client will supply sanitary paper and hand soap for the dispensers. Detailed service descriptions and floor plans for both sports halls are attached. Interested suppliers can visit the sites on December 12, 2025, at specified times, but must register in advance by December 10, 2025. The client requires participation in the site visits. The decision to exercise the option will be made separately, and the client will notify by December 31, 2027. Bids must be fixed-price until June 30, 2027, with potential adjustments based on maintenance cost indices if requested by the supplier by May 31, 2027.
