Brief
The Jobcenter Berlin Spandau, one of twelve job centers in Berlin, is responsible for implementing tasks according to the Second Social Code (SGB II) in the Spandau district. The center operates from two locations: Altonaer Straße 70/72 and Wohlrabedamm 32 in Berlin Spandau. Due to organizational changes, entire properties or parts of properties may be added or removed during the contract period.
The purpose of this tender is to establish a contract for regular cleaning services at each location, divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes cleaning areas at Altonaer Straße, while Lot 2 covers areas at Wohlrabedamm.
The contractor is required to use a three-color cleaning system and must ensure that the cleaning is performed to a high standard according to specified intervals. The level of dirtiness must be considered at the time of cleaning.
Cleaning will take place in the premises of the Jobcenter, excluding certain areas in the basements of both properties and balconies on the 5th floor at Altonaer Straße, which will be cleaned by external service providers. The specified quantities and areas for cleaning are based on the conditions as of December 31, 2025.
Details of the areas to be cleaned can be found in the attached tables "Areas Lot 1 Alto" and "Areas Lot 2 WRD." Payment will be based on the actual cleaned areas. Detailed descriptions of the required services, including cleaning intervals for each room type and floor type, are provided in the attachment "Cleaning Intervals." The scope of this contract covers the properties listed in the attachments "Service Specification Lot 1_Alto" and "Service Specification Lot 2_WRD." The area specifications in the service specification serve as the basis for calculating prices per square meter.
Bidders must assess the exact scope of cleaning during a site visit, which will cover all relevant areas. Bidders will receive a specific appointment time after registration, and each bidder will be individually guided through the premises. The site visit lasts approximately 30 minutes per building. Offers from bidders who do not attend the site visit will be excluded from evaluation.
Site visits can be conducted from September 8, 2025, to October 17, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Written registration via email for an appointment during this period is required by October 10, 2025, at the following email address: Jobcenter-Berlin-Spandau.BGF-Vergabe@jobcenter-ge.de.
Attendance at the site visit is mandatory for assessing the cleaning scope and cost estimation. Costs incurred for attending this visit will not be reimbursed. Attendance will be documented by bidder signatures. Please note that no questions will be answered on-site; all inquiries must be submitted in writing after the visit.
Cleaning services must generally be performed during the opening hours of the respective offices and while operations are ongoing (Daycleaning). Exact cleaning times will be individually agreed upon between the Jobcenter and the contractor upon contract award.
