Supply and Installation of Archive Shelving for the National Archives Service in Mehedinți County

The contracting authority is seeking to establish a public procurement contract for the supply of metal archive shelving to equip the National Archives Service of Mehedinți County. This is part of the project 'Renovation and modernization of the Drobeta Turnu Severin Municipal Police headquarters' located at Bd. Carol I nr. 75, Drobeta Turnu Severin, funded by European funds under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR/2022/C5/2/B.2.2/1). The project aims to improve the energy performance of public buildings through thermal insulation, modernization of heating/cooling systems, and installation of energy management systems. The supplier will need to provide efficient, modern shelving solutions compatible with the designated spaces. The quantities will be determined based on the design proposal submitted by the supplier, which must be approved by the contracting authority before implementation. The design proposal is to be submitted within 10 working days from the contract's commencement. The supplier must consider ongoing renovation constraints and ensure good collaboration on-site, as the building is a historical monument currently undergoing rehabilitation. Note: The procurement procedure is subject to a suspensive clause, meaning the contract's conclusion depends on the allocation of budget credits for this purpose.
