School Furniture Supply for Colleges in Haute-Garonne

This contract involves the acquisition, delivery, and installation of school furniture and related services. The furniture will be used to equip existing colleges and the four new colleges that the department plans to build or renovate between 2026 and 2030. Additionally, furniture may be purchased for other departmental sites and services as needed. A separate procedure will be conducted for Lot 4, 'Reused School Furniture,' based on Article R.2123-1 2° of the Public Procurement Code. Each lot will be awarded to a single economic operator and will result in a framework agreement with minimum and maximum quantities, executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Payments will be made based on the actual quantities delivered at unit prices. Note: As this is a framework agreement, the amounts indicated correspond to the maximum amounts for the duration of the contract.
