    Brief

    This procurement aims to expand the educational and research portfolio of Óbuda University. The equipment will be placed in an interdisciplinary laboratory focusing on energy system flexibility, supply requirements, emergency power supply, and the modeling of hydrogen production, storage, and utilization. The planned educational levels include university BSc, MSc, and PhD programs. The procurement includes the following items: 1. A mobilizable microgrid system for educational and research purposes (1 unit) 2. A professional industrial drone system (1 unit) 3. An urban e-mobility and emergency power supply reaction station, including: - High-performance battery charger (1 unit) - Low-performance battery chargers (2 units) - E-mobility City mini vehicles (3 units) - E-mobility City Cargo vehicle (1 unit) - Emergency mobilizable Energy-Kit - maxi (1 unit) - Emergency mobilizable Energy-Kit - mini (2 units) - Foldable, mobilizable solar panels (5 units) 4. Hydrogen education and research test station, including: - Hydrogen production equipment (1 unit) - Fuel cell and battery hybrid training system (1 unit) - Fuel cell training and educational model (1 unit) The contracting authority accepts equivalent offers that meet the technical, functional, and quality standards outlined in the procurement documents. The detailed task description and conditions are included in the Technical Description of the Procurement Documentation. The successful bidder must also provide: - Information on the expected maintenance time required by the product manufacturer; - A list of consumable parts and their availability at least during the warranty period; - Service support at least during the warranty period; - Operating manuals and instructions provided in both printed and digital formats.
