Supply of Oral Vaccine for Wild Animals

The Estonian Agricultural and Food Board invites suppliers to submit bids for a framework agreement to provide oral rabies vaccine for wild animals. This includes the supply of vaccine doses and the provision of a system or equipment for aerial distribution of the vaccine. The vaccines are intended for the oral vaccination of wild animals, specifically red foxes and raccoon dogs, which are known reservoirs for rabies. The procurement aims to purchase the vaccine and distribution system for aerial seeding in buffer zones during the spring and autumn of 2026/2027, with the possibility of emergency vaccination if needed and funds are available in 2026/2027.
