Rental and Maintenance of Grandstands for Sète

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Services will be paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and cover all renewal periods. The contract involves the rental of a 600-seat grandstand. This service includes organization, transportation, provision, assembly, and disassembly of the grandstand. The contractor is responsible for the equipment rented from transportation to assembly, and then from disassembly to return transportation. The contract also includes the storage, transportation, assembly, and disassembly of grandstands owned by the City of Sète. This service also includes the packaging of the grandstands for transportation carried out by the beneficiary of the municipal equipment loan. The contractor is responsible for the equipment owned by the City of Sète when stored at the contractor's premises, and for transportation to assembly, and then from disassembly to return transportation (excluding the loan of municipal equipment to a third-party beneficiary). This service also includes inspections, cleaning, repairs, and/or potential replacements. The maximum estimated amount is 133,000 euros excluding tax per year, totaling 532,000 euros excluding tax for all periods.
