Construction of Park and Ride Facility in Osojnik

This procurement process is for the development of a parking area at the Park'n'Ride Osojnik site, located on an undeveloped area in the Pobrežje settlement, on land parcel 23/1, cadastral municipality of Petrovo Selo. The purpose of this project is to create a functional parking facility with a large capacity for personal vehicles, taxis, and buses, along with its connection to the former county road Ž6235. The project includes the construction of an open parking area and the landscaping of adjacent pedestrian and green spaces, including all necessary structural components (load-bearing layers, retaining walls, public infrastructure installations such as solar lighting and stormwater drainage with irrigation). Additionally, the parking area will be equipped with traffic signage and other necessary equipment. Due to the topography of the existing terrain, the project will involve a tiered construction of the parking area, utilizing reinforced concrete retaining walls.
