Diesel Fuel Supply for Ships

This contract involves the supply and delivery of diesel fuel for ships to the buyer, which is the State Border Guard Service of the Republic of Lithuania. The supplier is expected to provide up to 120,000 liters of diesel (EN 590) without excise tax and at a 0% VAT rate, as well as up to 80,000 liters of diesel (EN 590) with applicable excise and VAT rates. The buyer is not obligated to purchase the entire specified quantity of fuel and will acquire diesel based on actual needs. However, the total cost of diesel purchased during the contract period cannot exceed the agreed contract price. Depending on the season, the supplier will need to provide summer, transitional, and winter class 1 Arctic diesel.
