Czech Republic – Implementation of Software – Economic-Operational Solution

This public procurement contract is divided into two parts, with a separate contract to be signed for each part. Participants can apply for one or more parts: Part 1 - Support and development services for the economic-operational solution in the area of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and document extraction. The subject of this part of the public procurement is to provide services for the existing economic-operational solution (hereinafter referred to as 'EOS') in the area of: - MS 365 Dynamic Business Central including user modifications - BA4 family applications from Konica Minolta ITS - Digitization and extraction of data from purchase documents (Abbyy FlexiCapture system) consisting of the following services: A. Flat-rate support services B. On-demand support services C. Development services D. Analysis of integration interfaces and redesign proposal. Detailed specifications of this part of the public procurement, including technical conditions and functional requirements necessary for processing the offer, are provided in the following attachments to the tender documentation, or in the contractual documentation in the form of the service contract for the economic-operational solution (hereinafter referred to as 'Service Contract EOS – Part I'), which is part of the tender documentation: 1. Part 2 - Support and development services for the economic-operational solution in the area of document circulation and approval management, electronic file services, and document management. The subject of this part of the public procurement is to provide services for the existing EOS in the area of: - Management of circulation, approval process of documents, and electronic signature book based on the core of the Verso3 application - Electronic file services - Digital design and processing of contracts - Central document storage on the Alfresco 6 platform.
