Supply of Asphalt Concrete for Road Surface Repairs

This contract involves the supply of a minimum of 6,200 tons of asphalt concrete for wearing courses, 300 tons for binding courses, and 100 tons of red asphalt concrete for wearing courses. The materials will be picked up by the buyer's vehicles from the contractor's production facility as needed. There is an option for the buyer to increase the minimum guaranteed order quantity, allowing for a maximum total order of 7,200 tons of asphalt concrete, in accordance with Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law.
