Supply of UV-VIS Spectrophotometer with Integrating Sphere

This contract involves the delivery of a UV-VIS spectrophotometer with an integrating sphere to the Research Network Łukasiewicz, Łódź Institute of Technology, located at ul. Brzezińska 5/15, 92-103 Łódź. The contract is not divided into parts, and partial offers are not allowed. Suppliers may propose products with better technical, quality, or functional parameters than those specified. Offers that do not meet all required parameters will be rejected. The delivery includes providing brand new, unused equipment, installation, calibration, training, and ensuring the device is operational. The supplier is responsible for transportation and insurance costs. The supplier must also provide all operating and service manuals. Training for the users is included in the price. During the warranty period, the supplier will provide free delivery and replacement of necessary parts. The contracting authority does not allow variant offers or framework agreements. Equivalent offers are permitted, provided they meet or exceed the specified parameters. The evaluation of offers will follow the procedure outlined in the relevant law, ensuring compliance with exclusion criteria and participation conditions.
