Training and Educational Services for PACTE Enterprises Advisors

This contract involves intellectual services divided into six lots, each subject to a single-award framework agreement with no minimum order and a maximum total amount. The duration of this framework agreement is from the date of notification until December 31, 2028 (see attached CCAP in the DCE). The lots include: Lot 1: Facilitation of the module 'Becoming a PACTE Enterprises Advisor'; Lot 2: Design and facilitation of modules on 'Mobilization, Awareness, Animation, and Communication with SMEs', 'Adapting Advisor Posture to Convince SME Stakeholders to Engage in Energy Efficiency Projects', and 'Engaging Local Actors and Prospecting Businesses'; Lot 3: Design and facilitation of the module 'Analyzing Energy Use Related to Buildings and Tertiary Activity Specifics'; Lot 4: Design and facilitation of the module 'Analyzing Energy Use Related to Industrial Processes and Equipment'; Lot 5: Design and facilitation of the module 'Conducting an Energy Pre-Diagnosis'; Lot 6: Design and facilitation of the module 'Supporting and Monitoring Energy Consumption Reduction Projects with SMEs'.
