Electricity Supply Contract for PGK 'Saniko'

This contract involves the supply of electricity to the facilities, installations, and equipment of PGK 'Saniko' Sp. z o.o. for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. The total estimated volume of electricity required is 3,200 MWh. The electricity will be supplied to two points of consumption: 1. Regional Waste Management Plant in Machnacz, with specific requirements for different tariff zones totaling 2,911 MWh. 2. A location on Komunalna Street in Włocławek, with requirements for peak and off-peak tariff zones totaling 289 MWh. The estimated consumption is indicative and may vary during the contract period. Any changes in the amount of electricity consumed will not incur penalties for the buyer, who will only pay for the actual amount consumed at the agreed rates. The supplier should account for potential fluctuations in electricity demand. A detailed list of consumption points is provided in Annex 1 of the contract documents.
