Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services in Bulgaria

This public procurement contract seeks suppliers for ongoing maintenance, repair, and provision of spare parts and consumables for a NEW HOLLAND T6 180 wheeled tractor and its attached equipment. The tractor and equipment are owned by the Southwestern State Enterprise and are managed by the Goce Delchev State Forest Enterprise. The contract includes the following equipment: NEW HOLLAND T6 180 tractor, a MASS plow, an ILGI TX 24 disc harrow, an FPM Rotas260/6 rotary tiller, a SELVATICI T34 trenching machine, and a PARLAYAN 1600L STAR TURBO fan sprayer. All repairs must be completed promptly, preferably on-site where the equipment is located. The contractor must provide a warranty for the repairs, including any replaced parts. To ensure accountability for warranty claims, all repairs and parts must be handled by a single contractor. The contract is not divided into lots to maximize economic efficiency. Participants may submit only one bid and must comply with all requirements outlined in the documentation, including providing documents in Bulgarian. The estimated value of the contract is 50,000 BGN (fifty thousand Bulgarian lev) excluding VAT, covering all potential costs related to the execution of the contract. The contract duration is 24 months, with provisions for extension under specific conditions.
