The subject of this procurement is the preparation of an investment project in the working project phase and the exercise of author's supervision during the construction of the facility "Improvement of the Space South of the Day Center for Supporting Children with Disabilities and Their Families", Haskovo, in UPI – XIX for Social Activities, Quarter 226 According to the Plan of Haskovo, PI 77195.716.580 According to the Cadastre of Haskovo. The activities subject to assignment during the execution of the contract are: Activity 1: Preparation of an investment project for the facility "Improvement of the Space South of the Day Center for Supporting Children with Disabilities and Their Families", Haskovo, in UPI – XIX for Social Activities, Quarter 226 According to the Plan of Haskovo, PI 77195.716.580 According to the Cadastre of Haskovo. The investment project will be developed by qualified designers in the working project phase and with a minimum scope with the following parts: Part "Landscaping and Improvement" Part "Architectural" Part "Structural" Part "Geodetic" Part "Electrical" Part "Water and Sewage" Part "Fire Safety" Safety and Health Plan Waste Management Plan Cost Documentation At the discretion of the Contractor, other parts of the investment project necessary for the execution of the subject of the procurement and for issuing a Building Permit may be added. Each part of the investment project must be coordinated with the other parts of the project. The working investment project should clarify the specific project solutions to a degree that ensures the complete execution of all types of construction and installation works for the facility, as well as provide project solutions that ensure compliance with the ZUT, applicable regulations in the Republic of Bulgaria, the Design Assignment, and the requirements of this Technical Specification. The investment project must be submitted in 4 (four) original copies on paper and 1 (one) electronic medium CD in the format: graphic part - "dwg" and "pdf", text part - "word" and "pdf", tables - "excel" and "pdf". The content of the electronic medium must be identical to the paper medium. The investment project is handed over to the Contracting Authority with a handover protocol, which reflects the availability of the submitted project and its compliance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority. Activity 2 - exercise of author's supervision during the construction of the facility. The implementation of author's supervision by the designers or authorized persons with the same qualifications guarantees the accurate execution of the approved investment project. The author's supervision should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the ZUT, as well as all applicable technical standards, norms, and regulations of the current Bulgarian legislation.
