    Brief

This contract involves the following services: Paléopolis: Development of a master plan for the evolution of the park and initial implementations. Historical context of the Paléopolis park: The Paléopolis park, nicknamed 'the hill of dinosaurs', is located on the heights of Gannat. It was created in 2013 to showcase an exceptional paleontological heritage discovered in the region, including a 23-million-year-old fossilized rhinoceros. This park is inaugurated as a theme park with educational (permanent exhibitions, especially for school groups) and recreational (various activities) purposes, dedicated to paleontology. The park is managed by the Departmental Council of Allier. It is the 3rd most visited tourist site in Allier (after Pal and CNCS). It consists of 4 permanent staff and seasonal workers. The main target audience of the Paléopolis park in Gannat is families, with a particular focus on children before middle school, school groups, and natural science enthusiasts. A reflection has been underway for some time regarding the evolution of the park's offerings. The goal is to achieve an attendance of 100,000 visitors per year and to sustain it. The multidisciplinary team responsible for developing this project will include skills in architecture, landscaping (one of the two can be the contractor), road engineering, structural engineering, and fluid engineering, while focusing on a playful approach with expertise in leisure and amusement parks. This consultation will consist of a firm tranche treated at fixed prices and an optional tranche treated under a framework agreement with purchase orders. The contract will end upon payment of the last mission of the last purchase order. The services subject to the optional tranche may vary during the contract duration within the following limit: Maximum amount: 2,000,000.00 euros excluding VAT.
