Rail Traffic Control Equipment Procurement

This contract opportunity involves the qualification for the manufacturing and supply of components necessary for the creation of cabinets, motherboards using PHPI technology (Hybrid Computer Process Station), and/or PHPI electronic cards. The services include manufacturing based on an industrial file, which involves reviewing the completeness of the file, creating prototypes, and product qualification. Additionally, it covers obsolescence management and compliance with RATP directives for the production and acceptance of signaling cabinet components using PHPI technology on RATP networks. The PHPI equipment consists of: - The cabinet: a mechanical structure equipped with drawers for receiving electronic cards (6U format), electrical components on DIN rails, wiring connections, and a hub. - The motherboard: a large printed circuit board (PCB). - The PHPI catalog: certified safety electronic cards SIL4 multilayer with through-hole and/or SMD components in ROHS assembly. Companies can be qualified for one or more of these elements. Candidates can be qualified for electronic cards and/or motherboards. Companies previously qualified under the old system and that have undergone follow-up audits within 36 months from the publication of this new qualification system will not need to requalify.
