    Brief

    Together for Children (TfC) Sunderland is seeking a support provider to deliver supported accommodation and related services for young parents aged 16-21 years who are in care, care-experienced, or open to TfC with a Child Protection Plan or Child in Need Plan. The contract involves managing eight 2-bedroom flats in Sunderland, each with a lounge, kitchen area, and independent front entrance. All units must be exclusively reserved for TfC service users under this contract. The successful provider must be registered with Ofsted as a Supported Accommodation provider and fully comply with all Supported Accommodation regulations and quality standards.
