University Campus Maintenance and Minor Works Contractor

The University is seeking to appoint a single contractor through a framework agreement to deliver minor works and maintenance projects across its campus estate. The successful contractor will manage projects valued up to £5 million (including contingency, excluding VAT), with the flexibility to undertake selected larger projects between £1 million and £5 million as required. This is an ideal opportunity for contractors with experience in delivering diverse maintenance and minor construction works across large institutional estates. The appointed contractor will work on an ongoing basis, providing services across multiple university buildings and facilities.
