The successful supplier will be responsible for installing, implementing, supporting, maintaining, monitoring, and managing all IT systems. Key service requirements include: easy system administration and management; quick and efficient service delivery; proactive security and data management advice to maintain cyber security standards; continuous network monitoring; flexibility to accommodate future business growth and changing requirements; cost-effectiveness throughout the contract period; and coordination with third-party vendors as needed. The provider should add strategic value through recommendations that help HCC Group maintain appropriate information security and data management practices while supporting organizational growth.
