IT Support Services and Network Security Software Development for Horse Racing Ireland

Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) is seeking a service provider to develop and implement network operating system software and provide comprehensive IT support services with a focus on network security. HRI's IT infrastructure spans multiple locations including their headquarters in Ballymany, The Curragh, Co. Kildare, six racecourses (Leopardstown, Fairyhouse, Navan, Tipperary, Curragh, and Cork), one golf course at Leopardstown, a Disaster Recovery site in West Dublin, and a secondary Dublin data centre. The organization currently relies on three permanent IT staff members to support this distributed infrastructure. The successful supplier will be responsible for developing network operating system software and delivering IT support services across all sites, with particular emphasis on implementing robust network security measures to protect HRI's critical operations and data across these geographically dispersed locations.
