Public Consultation Analysis for Gender Services

NHS England is seeking an independent organization with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative analysis to conduct a public consultation analysis and produce a summary report. This analysis will focus on three updated service specifications that are set to go out for public consultation: 1) Specialist Service for Children and Young People with Gender Incongruence 2) Gender Identity Services for Adults (Non-Surgical Interventions) 3) Gender Identity Services for Adults (Surgical Interventions) The selected organization will be responsible for independently analyzing and reporting on the responses received from these consultations. Based on previous consultations, we anticipate receiving thousands of responses for each service specification. For context, two recent consultations related to interim service specifications received approximately 5,000 and 4,000 responses, respectively. The data collected will include both quantitative and qualitative information. Due to capacity constraints within NHS England, it is essential that these analyses and reports are conducted independently.
