Deaf Outreach Service for Children and Young People (0-25 years)

The London Borough of Enfield is contracting the London Borough of Haringey to deliver specialist Deaf Outreach Services for deaf and hearing-impaired children and young people aged 0 to 25 years. The service provides direct outreach support, staff training, and family support to schools, colleges, and families across Enfield and beyond, ensuring equal educational access for this population. The service is a statutory requirement under the Children and Families Act 2014 and the Equality Act 2010, delivered in line with the SEND Code of Practice. The successful provider will employ qualified professionals to deliver high-quality, responsive support underpinned by safeguarding standards and best practice. Contract duration is 2 years initially, extendable by 1+1 years (up to 4 years total) based on performance and budget availability. Estimated contract value is £1,504,000 (excluding VAT) over the full 4-year period, with potential annual uplifts up to 4%.
