This opportunity seeks an external supplier to provide an outbound dialler service to improve verification and repayment rates for customers who cannot be located in the Tax and Benefits system, have not made direct repayments to the Student Loans Company (SLC), or have not responded to information requests. The supplier will receive customer-level data files to enable proactive outbound contact and follow-up. To ensure accurate account information is maintained throughout the process, the supplier will have access to repayment systems via Citrix, allowing real-time updates to customer records as needed.
