Construction Design Professionals Framework Agreement for Pyrite Remediation Services in Ireland

The Housing Agency is establishing a framework agreement to contract qualified Construction Design Professionals (CDPs) to provide comprehensive remediation services for dwellings affected by pyrite, in accordance with Irish Standard I.S. 398. CDPs are suitably competent Chartered Engineers, Architects, or Building Surveyors who will survey, test, design, inspect, and certify remediation work. This is an open framework tender opportunity for design and professional services firms to join the panel. Required tender submission documents include: Form of Tender and Schedule, Pricing Schedule, Supplier Assurance Questionnaire (SAQ) documentation, and the Quality section from the Instructions to Tenderers. Successful framework members will be called upon to deliver remediation design services on an as-needed basis for properties requiring pyrite defect remediation.
