Uniform and Asset Management System

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire is seeking a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution to manage the lifecycle of uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), operational equipment, and organizational assets. The solution must support inventory tracking, issuance, returns, and reporting across the organization. Key requirements include self-service capabilities, role-based access controls, automated workflow approvals, asset lifecycle management, and advanced reporting and analytics. The system must incorporate barcode and/or QR code tracking technology and integrate with existing authority systems as needed. The commissioner will consider SaaS, on-premise, or hybrid deployment models. The successful vendor will provide implementation, configuration, data migration from existing systems, comprehensive training, ongoing support, and maintenance services.
