MEP Design and Supervision Services for CXH 3 West Phase 2 Refurbishment

This opportunity seeks experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health) design and supervision services for the CXH 3 West Phase 2 refurbishment project. The scope includes: designing and implementing additional works identified during the project; developing design solutions to address unforeseen site conditions encountered during construction; and providing ongoing technical support and on-site supervision for active construction works. The successful consultant will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure compliance with specifications, manage technical issues, and maintain project schedule and quality standards throughout the construction phase.
