Cyber Security Consultancy and Technical Services for Ireland

The Department of the Centre for Cyber Security (DCDE) is seeking a partner to deliver comprehensive cyber security consulting and technical services. The engagement will support DCDE in developing and implementing a cohesive cyber security program that achieves full compliance with NIS2 (Network and Information Security Directive EU 2022/2555), the Cyber Fundamentals Framework (CyFun), and Ireland's National Cyber Security Bill 2024. Key deliverables include: establishing governance frameworks and reporting structures; implementing risk management measures and risk analysis frameworks; designing and deploying business continuity and disaster recovery plans; conducting operational resilience assessments; performing security reviews of AI systems and SaaS applications; implementing supply chain security measures; developing incident handling and coordinated vulnerability disclosure processes; executing tabletop exercises and penetration testing reviews; and establishing system acquisition and maintenance controls with vulnerability management protocols. The successful partner will work collaboratively with DCDE to close compliance gaps, operationalize security measures, and build a robust cyber security posture across the organization.
