    Brief

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) is seeking a service provider to design, develop, and maintain a system-based monitoring solution for renewable energy project consenting processes under the Renewable Energy Directive III (REDIII). The solution must be built on Microsoft technology and will serve as a centralized portal for online monitoring and tracking of key consenting activities. Key deliverables include: custom system development aligned with SEAI specifications, Azure Cloud infrastructure implementation, Azure Entra identity management setup, API development with systems integration capabilities for consenting bodies, portal user interface development, and ongoing technical support and maintenance. The successful provider will work closely with SEAI during the design phase and ensure seamless integration with existing consenting body systems. This is an opportunity for technology service providers with expertise in Microsoft ecosystem solutions to support Ireland's renewable energy transition.
