Tree Survey and Inspection Services for Connexus Properties

Connexus is seeking a qualified Arboricultural Consultant to conduct comprehensive tree surveys and data capture across approximately 6,869 trees in Shropshire and Herefordshire. This includes approximately 4,018 trees in open spaces and 2,851 trees in tenant gardens. The surveying company will inspect trees to maintain the inventory, identify safety risks, and recommend arboricultural works to reduce risks in line with good management practices. Surveys are conducted on a 5-year cycle as part of Connexus' established Inspection Regimes, with annual inspections performed between major surveys. The successful contractor will need to be a suitably qualified Arboricultural Consultant with the ability to manage large-scale tree assessment projects. This is a single-contract tender opportunity.
