Legal Services Provider for Irish Educational Exchange Bureau

Léargas - The Exchange Bureau, a publicly funded charitable organisation, is seeking to appoint a legal services provider through competitive procurement. The successful provider will deliver comprehensive legal support across multiple areas including: employment law (contract drafting, disputes, compliance), governance (board and trustee duties, organisational structures), contractual services (drafting, negotiation, dispute resolution), GDPR and data protection compliance, procurement and public tendering legislation, property and lease management, charity law (Charities Regulator engagement), risk management, protected disclosures, and training for board and senior leadership on legal responsibilities. This role supports the organisation's statutory functions, governance responsibilities, and helps reduce legal risk while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.
