Brief
The aim of this project is to completely renovate and convert the listed accommodation buildings to meet current accommodation standards and to adapt the buildings to modern technical standards. A total of 80 accommodations will be created in buildings 15 and 16, as well as seminar and community rooms in buildings 15a and 16a. For the sanitary engineering work, the wastewater connection of the building will be newly constructed. Only domestic wastewater will be generated in the building. The drainage of the wet cells will occur through a common shaft for each double wet cell. Rainwater will be disposed of externally and is not part of this tender. The two existing drinking water connections will be newly constructed at a different location. A new house connection room will be provided. The drinking water supply will be, like the drainage, through the common shaft for each double wet cell. There will be insulation separating the cold and hot water pipes in the shaft. The central hot water preparation in the heating center is not part of this tender. Only the piping to the wet cells is included here. The cold water pipes in the shafts will be routed from the top floor back to the basement, combined in the basement, and will receive a hygiene flush at the end. Scope of work for all buildings: - 80 rooms with bathrooms will be constructed. Each bathroom will include a washbasin, toilet, and shower. - 37 dynamic Venturi flow dividers will be installed for the cold water pipes in the bathrooms. - The cold water pipes will be routed back to 1 hygiene flush. - 2,675 meters of stainless steel piping in dimensions DN 12 to DN 50 will be installed. - 2 water softening systems will be installed. - 2 pressure boosting systems will be mounted. - 973 meters of wastewater pipes (including ventilation pipes, condensate pipes, and pump pressure pipes) in dimensions DN 32 to DN 150 will be installed. - 8 underground small lifting systems will be installed in the floor. - 31 meters of underground wastewater pipes will be mounted.
