Electricity Supply and Coordinator Selection for BDZ

This contract opportunity involves the supply of active electric energy and the selection of a coordinator for a standard balancing group for both traffic and non-traffic needs of BDZ Cargo and BDZ Passenger Transport for a duration of three years. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 focuses on the supply of electricity for traction needs for electric traction vehicles owned by BDZ Cargo and BDZ Passenger Transport, with a total estimated quantity of 660,840 MWh and a budget not exceeding 173,140,080 BGN excluding VAT. Lot 2 covers the supply of electricity for non-traffic needs for facilities connected to low and medium voltage networks, with an estimated quantity of 49,653 MWh and a budget not exceeding 13,009,086 BGN excluding VAT. The estimated quantities do not obligate the contracting authority to utilize them and do not limit consumption. The contracting authority reserves the right to make changes to the lists of facilities.
