Vehicle Towing Services for Hannover Public Prosecutor's Office

The Hannover Public Prosecutor's Office is seeking a contractor to establish a framework agreement for the towing, transport, and storage of seized vehicles, including electric small vehicles, within its jurisdiction. The contractor will be responsible for the custody of seized or confiscated vehicles of all types, which will be handed over by the Hannover Public Prosecutor's Office or the police, customs, etc., for storage or safekeeping, or which the contractor tows on behalf of these authorities. This includes E-scooters, E-bikes, and other electric small vehicles. The towing and transport process typically includes the following services: - Travel from the contractor's location to the site of the incident, - Any necessary recovery of the vehicle, - Loading the vehicle onto the transport vehicle, - Transporting operable or recovered vehicles from the road, roadside, or similar terrain to the storage location, - Unloading the towed/transported vehicle at the storage location.
