Diesel Fuel Supply for Diesel Engines

This contract involves the supply of winter-grade diesel fuel (Class E) that is mineral-based and free from bio-components, in accordance with Article 50, Paragraph 1 of the Renewable Energy Sources Act. The estimated quantity required is up to 144,900 tons, with a tolerance of ± 0.5%. The contracting authority reserves the right to enter into a contract up to the amount of available financial resources. The diesel fuel must meet the specifications outlined in Appendix 2 to Article 6, Section 2 of the Regulation on the Quality Requirements for Liquid Fuels, including the conditions and methods for their control. Deliveries will be scheduled in coordination with the contracting authority and will be made via rail transport and/or pipeline. The quantity of fuel will be determined using a mass flow meter specified by the contracting authority. Each batch or the total quantity in a single tank will be accepted after quality assessment conducted by a designated quality control firm, with the costs for this assessment borne by the contractor. The delivery period is up to 12 months from the issuance of a storage receipt for the fuel in a warehouse registered under Article 38 of the Energy Act. Payment terms and conditions are detailed in the procurement specification. According to Article 79, Paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract will be awarded following the rules of the relevant exchange. At least one contract must be signed as per the procurement specification.
