Wrocław School Library System Maintenance and Support Services

This contract is for the maintenance and warranty support services for the Wrocław School Library System and its associated software. The services include: a) maintenance and warranty support, b) technical support, c) handling of requests, d) free updates of the system at least once a year, with immediate updates for security issues, e) access to new features with each new version, f) online training for all operators (3 sessions of 3 hours each) during the contract period, with recordings provided to the buyer, g) on-site training for up to 16 people (15 days of training, 6 hours each day) during the contract period, including h) training for new operators, i) thematic training on specific topics, j) implementation of the system in new schools with individual training at 3 locations during the contract, k) ensuring compliance with legal regulations, l) access to user documentation updated with each new version, m) access to an e-learning system for all operators, n) updating technical documentation, o) renewal of support for Citrix XenDesktop and Progress software during the contract, p) warranty support for Progress and Citrix XenDesktop software. The Wrocław School Library System was delivered under a previous contract, and the contractor must provide a statement confirming their rights to use and modify the system.
