Implementation of Modifications to the Information System

This public procurement contract involves the supplier's commitment to deliver and implement modifications to the existing information system of the contracting authority (referred to as 'IS ÚOHS'). The modifications will be carried out as described in the contract 'Implementation of Modifications to IS ÚOHS' and its appendices. Additionally, the supplier will provide training for the administrators of IS ÚOHS regarding the implemented modifications. All data stored in IS ÚOHS will be preserved, and the required level of cybersecurity will be maintained as per applicable legal regulations. The contracting authority will be allowed to use IS ÚOHS, including the implemented modifications, as a whole, within the scope defined by the contract and its appendices, including the provision of necessary licenses and rights to exercise property rights. The contract also includes ongoing support, software maintenance, and development services as specified in the contract 'Provision of Support and Development Services for IS ÚOHS' and its appendices. Appendix 1 of the relevant contracts will be prepared based on the results of discussions regarding preliminary offers.
