File Servers for Backup and Restore Infrastructure

This procurement aims to award a sector contract for the supply of a product called 'Backup-Restore Infrastructure for Remote Control'. This system will replace the previous system with updated technical specifications and will include the following components: • 1 multifunctional server set, • 1 disk box set, • 1 set of backup-restore licenses, which includes 1 management console, 6 backup-restore licenses for servers, and 67 backup-restore licenses for workstations, • 1 set of network equipment for remote connection, • associated services for supply: installation and configuration, in compliance with the requirements outlined in the specifications provided by the contracting authority. The server will serve as an access device from the central office, while the remote disk array will store images of the protected systems. The calculation of the number of backup-restore licenses considered a solution that complements, harmonizes, and standardizes the existing permanent licenses at S.T.T. Bacău, as well as protecting computing equipment that is not part of the SCADA systems but is important for the operation of technological installations, such as transformer monitoring equipment, battery monitoring equipment, etc. The component equipment will be delivered with the original installation kits provided by the manufacturers to ensure correct installation in the limited space available at S.T.T. Bacău. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. All clarification requests must be submitted through SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests/additional information on the 13th calendar day before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will only respond to clarification requests made by economic operators by the established deadline, according to Article 29 paragraph (3) of HG 394/2016. The contracting authority will not respond to clarification requests made after the established deadline or requested through any other means of communication than those specified in the participation announcement. Note: In calculating the deadline for requesting/responding to clarifications expressed in days, the deadline for submitting offers is not taken into account.
