Electrotechnical Installation for Commercial Schools in Donaueschingen

The project involves the renovation of Building B at the Commercial Schools in Donaueschingen, which was constructed in 1980/81 and has several age-related deficiencies. The existing reinforced concrete structure with outdated insulation does not meet current standards. The main roof of the theory building is a flat roof with skylights and a photovoltaic system that will be renewed. The workshop areas have shed roofs that are affected by water damage and will be replaced with a flat roof featuring a photovoltaic system and skylights. The exterior has not been comprehensively renovated and does not meet current energy requirements. The existing concrete curtain facade will be replaced with a modern wooden facade. The interior renovation will focus on addressing pollutants and fire safety, as well as renewing the electrical systems, including data cabling, LED lighting, and KNX control. The scope of work includes all electrical work for the renewal of electrical systems (including cutting into walls, floors, and making openings). - Renovation of sub-distributors, 1 main distribution board / meter cabinet; 4 floor distributors and rail distribution system - Data cabling, 4 server/network cabinets; approximately 260 ports - LED lighting, approximately 800 fixtures - KNX control - Fire protection seals - SAA cabling and installation - LED lighting - Photovoltaic system approximately 127KWp - Fire alarm system - Energy management system.
