Vehicle Maintenance Services for Emergency Medical Services in Gdańsk

This contract is for comprehensive maintenance services for vehicles used by the Emergency Medical Services in Gdańsk. The services include: 1) Mandatory periodic technical inspections; 2) Comprehensive technical reviews according to manufacturer recommendations; 3) Ongoing mechanical, electrical, bodywork, painting repairs, and tire services; 4) Purchase of spare parts (also for the buyer's needs); 5) Vehicle diagnostics for various models including multiple Mercedes Sprinter variants and others. The contractor must perform cashless accident repairs, maintain a computer record of repairs and parts used, and provide a preliminary cost estimate before starting repairs. The contractor is also required to ensure that missing spare parts are sourced within 24 hours domestically and 10 working days internationally. Additionally, the contractor must be available 24/7 for urgent towing and transport services, and the service location must be within 25 km of the buyer's premises. The contract also includes the collection and return of damaged and repaired vehicles at the contractor's expense.
